LUVORA LLC makes laser-marked tags and nameplates for businesses in the Greater Houston Area, Texas, and across the U.S. This policy explains what we collect through luvoraworks.com and our orders, and what we do with it.
1. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to quote, make and deliver your order:
- Contact details you enter in our forms: name, company, work email, phone number and shipping address.
- Order content: tag lists, drawings, logos and other files you upload, and the text, numbers and QR data to be marked.
- Order and account records: quotes, approved proofs, purchase order numbers, invoices, shipping records and tax exemption certificates.
- Technical data our hosting servers record automatically, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, kept in short-lived server logs for security.
We do not collect card or bank numbers. Payments are handled by our payment processor, which receives them directly.
2. How we use it
- To prepare quotes and proofs, make your tags and ship them.
- To email you about your request or order, such as confirmations, questions, proofs and shipping notices.
- To keep the business and tax records the law requires.
- To protect our website from spam and misuse.
3. Your files and tag lists
Tag lists, drawings and logos are used only to make your order. We do not share them, publish them or use them as examples of our work without your written permission.
6. How long we keep it
- Quote requests that do not become orders, and their files: up to 2 years.
- Order, invoice and tax records: 7 years, as required for tax purposes.
- Tag lists for completed orders: kept so you can reorder any tag by its number, unless you ask us to delete them.
7. How we protect it
Our website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Files and records are stored with access limited to LUVORA staff, and every staff account is protected by a password. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care and will tell you promptly if your information is affected by a breach.
8. Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing sales@luvoraworks.com. We will reply within 30 days. We may keep records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.
9. Business use only
Our website and services are for businesses and their employees. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
