Questions buyers ask
What should my spreadsheet look like?
One row per tag, with columns for tag number and any legend lines. Use our template, or upload your own file and match the columns on screen.
When will my tags ship?
Your quote states the lead time before you pay. Production starts after you approve the proof and payment clears. We work Monday to Friday, and on Saturdays for some orders.
Annealed or deep engraved: which do I need?
Annealed marking suits most indoor and outdoor service. Choose deep engraving for units exposed to strong chemicals or frequent abrasive cleaning.
What if a tag is wrong?
If a tag does not match your approved proof, we remake and ship it at no charge.
We only need a few tags at a time. Can you help?
Yes. Open a standing account and send tags as you need them, even one or two at a time. It suits repair shops that tag every valve they service. We confirm your pricing and billing schedule when we set up the account.
How do QR codes work?
Put the link or data for each tag in your spreadsheet and we mark it as a QR code. The link points wherever you choose, such as your own maintenance system.
How much is shipping?
Local delivery is free on orders over $500 within 30 miles of us in the Greater Houston Area, and $25 below that. Everywhere else in the U.S., we ship by UPS or FedEx at actual cost.
